4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.

5. Place the marinated steak in the air fryer basket.

6. Set the air fryer to dehydrate mode at 60°C (140°F) and cook for 6-7 hours.

7. Let the steak cool, then slice it into strips.
