First entry in a blog. Every once in a while I start thinking about the old internet, back in the 90s and early 2000s. Before Google, before Facebook. Back then, web pages seemed a lot more personal. Why am I talking about that? Mostly because I just started a Gemini capsule (you're on it), and that's currently what my attention is on.

There's a bunch of videos I've seen that talk about how much bloat the normal web has nowadays. Ads, javascript, and when you boil it down, there's not really that much content on pages. Over-designed, and when everything is flashy and fancy, it seems like nothing is. I'm really loving the simplicity of Gemini. It can really help return, at least a part of the web, back to those 90s days where everything seemed so unique.
